Flying Down a Road/Roller Coaster

Could someone please help me to interpret this dream:
I dreamed that I was driving down a familiar road in my town that leads to the ocean. I’m in an open-top convertible. It’s a beautiful day—sunny, breezy, and clear. I can’t quite see the ocean yet, but I know it’s there and that I will see it in a few moments. As I crest the hill, I see the expanse of the ocean in front of me and the town below. At this point in the dream, the road suddenly morphs into a spongy cartoony roller coaster and I find myself careening downwards only to find that it is broken off mid air. Even now all I can think about is how beautiful the day is and how pretty the ocean looks, but in a split second I have to decide whether I should continue my downward motion and (perhaps) fly off into nothingness, or if I should hold on to the coaster rails and try and clamber my way back up to the top of the hill. This is when I wake up.
