ghost dreams

When I was about 10 I had a dream that my parents were throwing a party and around me all I could see were ghosts roaming around in my yard from all kinds of eras and I was the only one who could see them this all felt realistic and I could swear I was walking around with them. Another was a scared lost spirit girl who had another girl in spirit form that would talk to me for her, because she was scared I would hurt her, After a while I got her to talk to me in the middle of my yard where she was cowering under a tree, I spoke to her and she told me everything about her even her name but I can't remember any of it, later in the dream she was in my laundry between the washing machine and wall, cowering, and this is where I helped her cross over, this also seemed very real.
