Lucid Dream or Out of Body or was I sleep walking?

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forums this is my first post, but I've been looking at the dictionary for like 6 years+. I want to know about this "dream" I had.
It was a couple of hours ago. I thought I woke up and started talking to my sister on the phone, and walked around my house in the dark but I wasn't "all there" it was like I wasn't really coordinated, like a zombie. I was like whats wrong with me am I posessed? Then in the dream I almost went into a convulsion. I've been having a lot of nightmares lately. Everything in my dream was -exactly- where it is in real life, down to my radio and the lights on my air cooler, and the color changing nightlight in my hallway bathroom which for some reason I stopped in there as I was walking down my hallway. I've never had a lucid dream THIS real, I'm wondering if I might've actually been sleepwalking! No actual calls were made luckily.. Me and my sister are in a fight, I don't really remember what we were talking about but she was acting like she use to before she had her daughter, tons of energy, and I was saying how weird I felt and stuff and then I went into a dream for a little where I was at some concrete driveway it was asain themed, it was also autumn outside there were rusted colored leaves and half bare trees everywhere. I have basic chinese greetings and translations by my front door because I'm learning chinese, so I'm kinda concerned, but I know I didn't go outside because my door is locked. What was this?
