Experiment Accidentally Gone Wrong!!!

Postby Deathdealers747 on Tue May 08, 2012 11:44 am

Keep in mind, while reading this story know that every thing described has NEVER been introduced by a movie, in any way, shape, or form, and that the ENTIRE creation of what occurs (including the structure(s)) is completely rough-draft, in terms of what is possible / realistic.

OK, so, here it is. Once upon a time, during my years of around 8-12 years old, I decided to do a little experiment in my dream because I had some strong feelings for it during that month. So, one week it rained every single day (in real life) for a week straight. During this week, I decided to do a little imaginative experiment BEFORE I went to sleep (as a kid, in order to help me dream of what I wanted to dream, I manifested an awake-dream before sleeping).

This manifestation of a dream first started with me building pipes from the surface down to about 60 feet underground - then, I went to sleep and dreamt of this momentarily.

Then, the next day, it rained again that night and I decided to start it off again (from where I left off). This night I created an underground / empty pool that was BIG in terms of my imagination - as it was also raining in the dreams I was having, except about 10 times harder, the pool started to fill up. So, I went to sleep (if I wasn't already asleep by then) and it started happening.

Then, the third day comes, and I am deciding what to put in this magnificent tank I have created, but I'm unable to create something just yet. So, during this night, I start creating a glass window from which I can view into the tank, while being safe.

Now, it's the fourth day, still raining outside, and during this night I created a walkway, but since I wasn't quite feeling this dream tonight, I decided to drift off into sleep.

The next morning, the fifth day, I woke up and had an INGENIOUS idea. My idea was to CREATE something new, a new creature of some kind that has never existed before!!! So, that very night I decided to turn that walkway with glass into a laboratory of sorts, with your typical cartoon-imagined computers, chairs, and I even wore the wardrobe for it!!!

Now, it is the sixth day, and today I decide since it is filled with water, I'll create some type of fish - but what to create??? All during the day, I am unable to pin-point what it is that I desire to create. So, during that night I try out a dolphin, a whale (free-willy whale), and some piranhas of sorts.

The next day will be the last day of the experiment.

During this day, it was a completely normal day, and I playing games, watching TV, and stuff like that. So, I wasn't thinking too much about my little experiment. But, later that night, I had the perfect thought of what to create!!! So, before I went to sleep, I starting creating this manifestation of a shark - my own interpretation (at that time) of what the perfect shark could be. He would be a shark-eater, he would have no quarrels with any one, and he would be beastly-looking. The problem here is, I created him WAYYYY too good. Anyways, so I dozed off to sleep and during that night I created that very shark of my own creation.

The next day, the day after the experiment was completed, I had a feeling of satisfaction during this day, and felt good while I was in school (it was Monday), but not once did I really care to think about the dream too much. So, I didn't even imagine it before I went to sleep, but when I went to sleep, he was gone. I went to sleep, and entered the dream, and I was at lab (looking through the glass), and he was gone. Vanished into thin air! The tank was completely empty; yet, still completely in-tact, and it was still raining in the dream, despite not raining any more outside of the dream (in real life the raining had stopped). I had absolutely no clue, of any kind, as to how he escaped or what the hell happened to him.

For 3 months, I thought nothing of it. I figured, maybe's he's gone and my experiment effort went down the drain (pun intended). Until one day, he came back, in my dream, and I had NO CONTROL over him or his action, and he ate me. The next night, I dreamt again, and it was a COMPLETELY different dream, and he came back, looking scary as hell, and ready to eat me, again. So, I exited the dream (cause I can do that) by waking myself up.

To this day, at complete random, whenever I am inside a body of water, he can enter my dream at will, and I have no control over him, no possible way of detection to know when he may be coming into the dream, and I have no possible way to stop him. In fact, my mind has completely blocked the ability for me to see him as I have made him (meaning, I can't imagine what he looks like, unless he comes into my dream that very night), so I have no possible way to even describe what he looks like to you. Nowadays, he scares me SOOOOO much, that when I see him, I, literally, DIE OF SHOCK before he eats me. The ONLY time that I do NOT die of shock when he enters my dream, is when I'm IN SHOCK staring at him, watching him take out my enemies / other horrific things that I was imagining. He does this because he doesn't like competition, so he immediately kills them, and then comes to eat me. So, if I was already being attacked by a great-white shark, but I was dodging his attacks somehow, and I was surviving, then he'd come in, eat that shark, and then come eat me.

Now, I wrote to make myself feel a little bit better about this, but I do have questions for anybody that's willing to help me.

1) How can I get rid of him, even though I have no control over him? So, I guess, how can I control him, so that I can get rid of him?

2) How can I stop him from entering my dreams, or can I prevent him from eating me? Hint: I've already tried to do the move that was done by the one-chick in the movie 'Deep Blue Seas,' the ending part where she's in the water, and the shark comes after her cause she cut herself, but she does a signal that tells the shark to stop. I tried that, and it didn't work.

3) In dream terms, what possible events or occurrences could've released the shark from his tank, when I created him? Because I still have no idea, and I can't figure out how he's able to enter my dreams willingly.

Fascinating! A creation of your own subconscious....hum. Anyhow the first and foremost advice I'd give to stopping it is make something new that could beat him up, that wouldn't possibly ever turn against you. Next, when I get scared of things in my dreams, I just make myself bigger, and badder than they are. They have super speed? Well now I have that times ten and can breathe fire. That whole deal. Someone with your ability of lucidity can hopefully do that. (I'm terrible with creation, and can't control the content of my dreams, just my own abilities). Another strategy I find useful is using humor. Even if you just say out loud like "aw crap" or "really? You again? Ughhhh" it can help alleviate the mood a lot, and I've found putting humor into frightening situations can sometimes turn around the whole dream! Remember, YOU were the one who created this thing. The exact belief you have that you can't control it is what's keeping you from doing so. Be confident in that you can control it, and perhaps you will be able to. Thats my advice, and I hope you figure this out. :)

maybe you should have him eat himself from the tail up and swallow himself into nonexistence.

Simply amazing... I have never been able to manifest a dreamworld and re-enter again it in another dream. You obviously have much talent in lucid dreaming. Just know that you have complete power over this creation. You must tell yourself that the dream is yours, and this creature which you have created is at your disposal, to destroy, control, or turn against others. It is a part your subconscious, and the dreamer is always more powerful than any of his/her manifestations. The shark's defeat is in your hands :fighting:

YES YES YES! Putting humor into the dream helps SO much! Serously! I create things in my dreams to and once I made this human eating bird, and it tried to kill me but I just said, 'what do you think your doing! your a bird!' And then some other random stuff, and it just stopped and made this messed up face and turned all demented. it was weeiiirrrdddd.....

Sorry for the long wait for the reply, but despite being subscribe, I never received this notification.

Unfortunately, that's the problem, he is out of my control and I do not control him. I don't even know how the hell he escaped from his chamber -.- or how he can enter any of my dreams at any time that he wishes -.- It's like he's smarter than me, so he always wins.

Wow! So, 10min ago I was taking a shower and getting ready for bed (it's 6:30am atm), but while I was in the shower I had a REMARKABLE thought occur. That thought is the answer to one of the 3 questions that I asked at the end of the story for the experiment gone wrong. It's one of the KEY elements for why it went wrong.

OK, so, I'll try to say this as slow as possible.

Basically, I said that the entire week during this experiment it was raining every single day, for 7 days straight, correct? I also said that in the experiment I used the rainwater as a resource collection to give the underground tank the water that it needed to allow the shark to manifest within my mind. The rain is the KEY!

When the 7th day came, the rain had stopped. I specifically remember that the rain stopped, the clouds cleared, and the sun shined brightly. Now, rain water activates a sensory gland in your brain and emotional responses when it rains. For example, if you feel the rain water hit your face, it'll feel cold, wet, damp, and soft. Also, if you're inside your house listening to the raindrops hit the roof, windows, etc. then it'll activate your emotional feelings - which for some people (like me) calm them down and make them feel at peace.

However, in this specific instance, the rain was the reason that the shark that I manifested was allowed to break out. I've never understood how this happened, because I never knew that I implemented (unknowingly) an element to his cage that prevented him from getting out.

Basically, it's like having an electric fence to keep the wolves in and at bay. However, when the electricity is turned off, it's JUST a plain, old fence - and they can willingly escape, once they find out that it is no longer electrified. The rainwater was the electricity to the fence. Because I specifically remember that when the rain stopped, in real life, it also stopped in my dream world. Thus, the rain was the KEY element that allowed him to walk out of the door.

I am sitting here, constantly telling myself: why didn't I think of this!? It has been 8-12years (I'm 20 years old) since this event occurred, and I am JUST now realizing what went wrong!
