Is he interested in what you think and have to say? Lots of douchie guys don't care what you think , just how big your boobs are and how quick they can get in your pants. And like bellerose said, they won't hang around you when the next girl will put out for them. Also, he will care how you feel too and won't pressure you for sex.

And also, look at where he's looking when talking to you. If there's eye contact, chances are he's listening and is actually interested. If he is looking down your top, say, then his mind is probably somewhere else.
