YUM
Well, I am a USAer that never heard of lox. From googling, looks like an east coast thing.

But as for smoked salmon. I have a friend who goes up to Alaska every year and fishes salmon and halibut for three weeks. You haven't lived until you taste his smoked salmon bellies.
He says he goes up there...wait for it....just for the halibut!

Cabbage, onions, noodles and kielbasa fried in olive oil until the cabbage is soft and sweet.

Welcome Boicache,

I see that you often juxtaposition letters. So Biocache? I think I will just call you Boi, unless it bothers you. Let me know.

Yeah, we are playing Yum or Yuck just as you described. I am guessing that you mean noodles, so I say:

YUM

Hamburger soup (in a cheddar cheese broth)
