buffing up, then buffing down

Postby Jon! » Thu Nov 24, 2011 11:04 pm

I will be buffing myself up for next years halloween costume! Cos i'm a perfectionist an' all ;) But i'm not a fan of huge muscles so i wont want to keep them. But i'm worried that afterwards it'll just turn into unhealthy fat/flab if i dont keep it up :( Any tips of reducing muscles in a healthy mannor to keep my skinny shape afterwards?

As far as I know it goes flabby?

you can only get fat if you quit working out but continue to eat huge portions of food. muscle doesn't become fat. it's consumed by your body unless you eat enough to maintain/grow it. didn't you pay attention in biology? :rasberry:

Yep, what that guy just said is true. And you seem like a smart guy so hypothetically even if u did gain a bit of flab, u'd be able to figure out how do get rid of it easy. but hey, that won't happen aslong as you eat properly. The only people that get fat from stopping workouts are those that stop exercising completely or fail to adjust their diets. Problem already solved, just affirming it for you.
