Dreaming about vitiligo and want to know about it then.....go .... ahead......
Vitiligo is an acquired and rare skin depigmented condition, which causes white patches or spots on the skin and generally grows over face, lips, eyes, legs, arms, neck, axilla, groin, genital and rectal regions and so on, even though it could seem over any parts of the body.
The sickness is not a physically dangerous disorder, but can change ones nice look into an unpleasant appearance. It can have an effect on all sorts of individual like kids, teens, youths, old and girls, too.

Rat can symbolise a compulsion to continuously chew something over in the mind.. perhaps trying to decide if something is black or white..
The best interpretation is the dreamers own interpretation.
