1. Why is it important to interperate dreams?
(A)I think dreams provide an unique window into the mind of the dreamer.
2. How does knowing what your dreams mean help someone?
(A)Often, dreams are a way for your subconscious to organize and try to resolve various issues in the dreamer's life.
3. Would you recommend that people keep a dream diary? Why?
(A)I think a dream diary is a great thing to help you keep track of your dreams. Memory of your dreams tends to degrade rather quickly.
4. Can dreams tell the future?
(A)I wouldn't rule it out in other people, but I've never dreamt of the future.
5. Does a person have any control over what they dream about?
(A) With practice some people are able to control their dreams. This is called lucid dreaming.
6. Does the position you sleep in matter?
(A) Preliminary studies have shows that position does have an affect in dreams, but there haven't been enough studies to form a definite correlation on how dreams are affected by sleeping position.
7. How can you help yourself remember dreams?
