I dont understand this one, please help!

Confusing dream, please help me Interpret... I was in a familiar town from my past walking through looking at the stores. All the stores on the right side had turned into children stores ex, Disney, toy stores, from what they use to be. I was looking for a thrift store on the left and when i came upon it there was a sign that stated they moved to the Covington Estate on Estee, (not familiar at all) and there was a road beside the store that went straight up a hill that was where it was. I decided to go my familiar route because there was another place i knew about. As im walking this windy, slightly uphill road, there were people cheering me for something that i had done prior. I had a flashback about a man sitting in a desk, he was a war veteran and he was twirling three coins in his fingers. I walked up to him and knelt down beside him and did something(that i dont remember) but there were people lining the streets applauding me and telling me that they will never forget what i did and how it will never be forgotten. So im still walking and i get to the house/place i was looking for. I find myself ducking behind something and hearing about someone being homeless then my aunt walks in. At that point i quietly and discreetly leave the store as im not in the mood to deal with her and i begin walking back to town. I get a little way down the road and remember im out of cigarettes and i wake. Please help me with this dream..

Your dream is suggesting that while you have been successful in life, that you should still make a concerted effort to be thrifty (be wise as to how you spend your hard earned finances). Success is fine and good but to enact a good plan to maintain your status in life is a good plan. Bad fortune does not discriminate (uses an aunt as an example).
