Extremely real and vivid dream...?

I remember it like it actually happened, and in the dream, I thought it WAS happening.
I was standing on a some type of dirt road, they were building a new neighborhood, and the houses had been built, but not the street. At the very end of the street, there was a very steep curve going up, which I followed. It lead me to the front of a big white house, (it actually looked like a haunted house a little ways from where I live, where a man committed suicide). They had a white truck, a toyota. There was a young lady and an old man in the front, but they didn't see me. Weird thing is, the old man was smoking, which is a common complaint about the haunted house because they randomly smell cigar smoke.
I remember how much I loved the house and how it pretty it was, but you could feel the heavy, like the world was pushing down on you.
How is this is so vivid to me? Please help?

A house means about a partner or some big money.Haunted ( ghost) means about someone dear.
Smoke means he will be cruel and will do some oppression to you.
