Simple Question. What movie(s) past or present would you like see turned into a television series.

My list: Kindergarten cop, The Pacifier, Game Plan, Ghost, Six Sense, Paranorman, Rise of the Guardians.

I know it's not a movie yet, but I think the story of Whitey Bulger would probably work as well, maybe even better, as a TV serial than a movie. There's too much to it. Maybe 13 episodes, an hour each, like I Claudius.

I think the movie Bridesmaids would make a funny TV show :D

Star Wars. I know it's been done before, but outside of the first Clone Wars series (NOT the one on now), I've never seen it done well. Base it on Boba Fett or the adventures of a young Han Solo.

Looper and for a comedy Ted.

Fight Club if they stretch the whole story out and focus more on fighting, fragmenting the key elements of the story so it's much more subliminal and difficult to understand, yet you could piece together the fact that Tyler is a figment of the narrators imagination by the 3rd season.

Season 1: Narrator discovers therapy through the group sessions he attends, ends on him meeting Tyler durden

Season 2: fight club starts, ends on the part where the club expands inter-state

Season 3: lots of fighting, homework assignments, and bounces back and forth from club to club with subplots in each one. Ends on the idea of a new project

Season 4: introduce project mayhem, things get more intense as each club becomes increasingly violent and destructive. Ends on the question of Tyler durdens real or not.

Season 5: final season where the narrator discovers the final plot to project mayhem, discovers Tyler durden, ends just like in the movie where he and Marla singer live happily ever after

final destination series would be likeable because each episode could deal with one character and we dont know which one dies in a specific episode. we would have time to appreciate characters rather than the bulk of them all dead in the space of an hour and not meaning much to us.

There some movies we can watch many times and we never get tired of seeing them. For me I can see MATRIX over and over again.
