Quote from a show I can't remember

Awhile ago, I saw a show which had a memorable quote. While I remember the quote well, I can't place the show.

What I remember is that main characters were at their kid's school and the kids in the class were talking about all the other countries they've visited and marked them on a globe.

The main characters hadn't left the United States. The mother was feeling guilty for not taking their kids to see more of the world. In a desperate move to say that they will travel, the mother looked at the globe and said, "...this summer we're going to...North Korea!"

Someone pointed out that visiting North Korea wasn't a good idea.

For the rest of the show, the family was attempting to fly to Orlando, but their flight was delayed for hours and they eventually gave up. They finally just drove to Mexico. When the customs agent at the Border asked what they were doing in Mexico, the mother said, they just wanted to turn around inside the country just to say they've been to Mexico. And they did just that.


Does this ring a bell to anyone? I'd really like to find out what show it was and the episode so I could search it and watch the scene with "This summer we're going to North Korea!"
