reocurring angel dream-help!

My names Evangeline, ever since I was little I have been getting these dreams . I always wake up crying. The dream starts as me in a park , and this beautiful angel descends from the sky and she's waving for me to go with her. And without hesitation I follow. She is telling me " its time to go now" at that point we get into this car and we are going up a mountain and then I see lights and we drive off the mountain together and there's a long fall and it goes 10...9....8....7...6...5 and almost everytime I wake up at 5 but I recently had this dream and I constantly wake up in complete terror . Can anyone help me ?
