What a beautiful dream OM. most of my dreams are quite bizarre and sometimes morbid though on occasion I have some that are more pleasant. The dream that stands out in my mind that would be on my fav scale would be:
My mom and I where driving on a beautiful day the sun was shining through the car windows i could feel the heat of the rays, the dream then goes to an open field and we are having a picnic with my son he was walking around in the tall green grass I could see nothing but him and blue sky's, in this dream my mother was young and healthy like she was when I was young when I woke I cried for it reminded me how much my mothers illness has robed us of the extravagant glowing energetic person she use to be.

As I crawled slowly with my bad arm and my good one I tried to think of something to distract me from the pain. Nothing worked. Then as I was crawling a memory flashed at me like a light! I drop down with a hard thud and watch the memory. This memory was actually my favorite one. (This memory was; When I punched a boy near his uh :oops:

...... Reason why I did that was he was one of my bullies and I snapped. But it was what I called "to show how much I hated Kermit,Texas!" That was the day I actually Rebelled for a first instead of being the weak, quiet, girl who never did anything.) I got to crawl again for about to guess maybe 10ft before I got smacked with another memory and I drop down with a painful thud to watch this memory. It was my least favorite one and possible one of my worst days that time. (This memory was; When two girls who steal just for the heck of it and judging by the conditions of their house Poor. I do have regret for bursting into their little conversation. One day in the bus line when I was near the two girls, one said, "I hate Poor people." The second one agreed and thats when I stupidly enter the conversation by saying," I'm poor!" I don't remember much after. I remember going to the door to walk home instead. I was crying. The janitor stops me and tries to send me back to the bus line. I was like No way! You can kiss this Irish butt before I listen to you! When he left to do something I ran to the door and ran past the buses. I stop when I am crossing the street. I go home in tears. Ok back to the dream!) I didn't try to crawl and I was crying and coughing up blood. Then I thought of when my parents found me out. It hurt like heck. I crawled in a lot of pain and continue to cough up blood or dry heave. Then this really strong breeze actually knocked me down to my face. I groan and continued to crawl. I don't know how many feet I got to but someone actually crossed my way. I don't know who it was but they knew me! That was when I woke up. That was a awesome dream!!!!

What was your worst nightmare?

I swear nightmares are almost all I have. :lol:

My worst nightmare was everyone I loved was murdered. It was quite creepy.

In the beginning of the nightmare I was in the living room of what looked like to be an old house. In the living room an old man was in a corner, His throat was slitted. Like in a horror movie or something. I looked around and I found my laptop broken. I find my mom murdered. I kept calm and looked around to find a eagle knife. I looked around more to find my dad murdered. Next I found a cats head (It was cut off. :shock:

) Thats when my grama was murdered. When I turned around I was killed. What made it creepier was that this was an old friend I knew. We hate each other. Glad I moved.

Hi Fizco!

I am glad to see that you see goodness in your dream. All dreams are good, even nightmares, in that they are showing us something that we need to know to grow and become a better person. Words are always really important, so Get moving and If you don't move no one will find you...are important to this dream. The pain and injury and bruises are to your mind. The dream shows you them as if they were to your body. They seem to come from memories and getting moving could be reviewing your memories so that you become aware of the problems, but more likely...move through and past these events and get on with your life. You named this dream "the endurance dream" and that is what it is about...you need to endure through all the past pain and heartaches that you have had and get on with life..build good solid trusting relationships with good people.

There is more, but in my opinion, that is the gist of it.

OK well it is a new day and i forgot to ask a question.

So, if you have a pet, describe it. If you don't, what pet would you like to have?

I actually have two dogs and two cats and a bird. An old Yorkie, a young Morkie (maltese and yorkie), a tabby cat, a long-haired calico cat and an Indian ring-necked parakeet. I could get into their personalities, but I am running out of time.

P.S. @RP: thanks and great dream yourself...this is the spirit of your mother that dwells in your soul.

Hello All,

I hope you are all well. I haven't been around a bit. I had a terrible stomach flu. Gotta love the germs the kids bring home for sicknesses they don't get (but you do). I guess it is half of a blessing! I could have had to deal with a whole household full of ickiness!

Um. . . we have fish (only for about a week). Little tetras. Four or 5 guppies (or something) and a silver little thinggy. We used to have other fish - but they died. Then we had anoles (these little green lizards) and they died. We had plants a while back - and they died. . . there is a bit of a theme here. I seriously seem to be able to only care for the human kind of animals. :lol:

I just am used to them now ^ ^. And I am still wondering on the dream.

I mean it was like I got hit with my memories harder then I do in life :yikes

My mind I know is still damaged and bruised. I know I really do need to get over the past though or I am going to not be one to hang around and It wont help me mentally.

I used to have 5 dwarf hamsters (I believe they were russian). The final one died a final fail! death -_-

Sorry I haven't been by. Its been busy at work and sometimes I feel guilty taking a break to "surf the web". Great qustions, BTW. So i'll answer at least the last two of em.

I listen to sad music when I am sad cuz I am a glutton for punishment. One of my favorites when I am down is Porcupine Tree.

My favorite Disney Movie is a new one: Princess and the Frog. I love it because it is a new story but done in Classic Disney style. I love the strong women characters and all the voo doo hoo do. It is fun!

Okay, so a new question for the day? hum. . . Hopefully this wasn't asked before:

Do you have a hobby, and what is it?

I like to paint with oils and color with markers in my sketch book.

I don't think they were intentionally rude. I just think they made a mistake. I mad the original mistake by naming my thread so close to the oringinal.

So, I have asked the Webmaster to kindly return the original "Get to know posters game" back to its original title AND to change this one to Question of the Day as I had asked before.

I am sure they will do this, but it might take a while.

OK I've been gone a few days, so I'll play catch-up:

I loved hearing about everyone's pets. RP do you mean a Red Boxer dog named Ruby?

My favorite part of summer is sitting outside and relaxing on a warm day. I like to sit with my wife and talk.

I am not sad much, but when I have strong emotions, I like to listen to equally strong music. Especially classic rock, blues and soul. One time many years ago, when I broke up with a girl, I was hurt and sad. My sister understood that I needed to emote. She left me alone and put on an album Hot Buttered Soul by Isaac Hayes. Every word moved me, by the time the got to By the Time I get to Phoenix, I was balling heavy tears. It actually made me feel a lot better afterward. I was never so sad about her again.

I think my favorite Disney flick is 101 Dalmatians, the original animated version. There is a scene where the dog is having puppies. The Dad is sitting in a chair smoking a pipe. The nanny comes running out with them telling them how many. Getting more and more excited. She gets up to fifteen. Then comes out slowly holding her head down and a limp puppy. She says, only fourteen. I cry every time. Even though there are fourteen healthy puppies, I grieve for the dead one. It reminds me of two babies that we lost at birth...then in the movie, the Daddy resuscitates the puppy.

My hobby has always been helping my kids. I also like to work on my house. Right now my wife and I are working on remodeling our kitchen.

Hi Friends,

First I want to weigh in on the writing thing that RP asked. I used to write poetry a lot. Nowadays, I write reports and on here, dream interpretations. I feel a poetry within the prose. I think that expressing your thoughts and feelings and making someone else understand is an incredible gift.

My muse is my wife and my deep and abiding love for her. I once wrote a haiku to her. Some time I will remember it and post it here.

Love, respect, honesty and forgiveness. I agree w om that hate destroys our souls it is baggage. I always try to forgive those who have wronged me not for them but for myself by forgiving I am letting go of that hate that is so heavy to bear. Honesty is important to all relationships and is way easier than living lies. and love I wish the whole world could experience the love I feel for my son because it is amazing. I try and love all people and things. with out love I am nothing.
