I've always liked really grand names. Something like Leonardo or Maximus. It probably sounds kind of silly, but I love those names (I could walk around wearing one of those stickers that would say "Hello, my name is Colossus")

Autumn!

It's always the busiest time of the year in my life, I also love the colour of the leaves, that brownish, yellow-red...

Summer can be too warm (yes even in Ireland haha) plus I get bad hayfever, Winter and Spring just don't appeal to me that much...

Roasting a whole bird in the oven. Soften a stick of butter and chop up rosemary, thyme, and oregano. Mix in chopped garlic and salt and pepper. Stuff the compound butter under the skin of the breasts, legs, and outside of the skin. Salt and pepper the cavity. Roast that baby at 375 for about an hour and a half.
