Postby shift1085 on Sun Nov 15, 2009 3:09 pm

i readed a lot of stuff on internet and i can't really find anything useful lol

but what about:
 addiction to moon
totally....everything the moon
 teething
oh, yes......chewing on anything....well almost anything.
 vision change?
i dunno if this counts or not but i'll get really mad sometimes for no reason and then my vision jumps forward quickly  howling
sometimes when i'm alone i will howl, once my puppy joined in it was really epic!
 increased senses
most noticeable, i know when i'm being stared at even if i can't see them and i get paranoid when someone walks behind me even if i don't know it
 run on all fours
it sounds stupid but....i got crazy fast at it it's really fun to do when no one's around

hey anything i miss? i have TONS of werewolf dreams i yelp when i get hurt and i growl at people i bare my "fangs" sometimes when i don't even notice and i have the weirdest food cravings, i swear i'm a bottomless pit and i eat all day nonstop

Hee, hee, nice to meet a fellow on here. Well, anthro, I meant. I'm more tiger then wolf, but I still have some blood in me, a little less then a fifth, precisely.

Well, some other symptoms.....

Lemme see.....I actually have many wolf friends, but since I'm a cat...you know...

You're a big meativore, right? That CAN be one. Most predators get that weird jerky craving....
Do you prefer the outdoors? I don't mean as a hobby. I mean, would you prefer to LIVE outside?
Do you find yourself ACTING like a wolf, or a dog? You know, growling, barking, that sort of thing?
Aversion to light and sound kinda comes with the senses territory.
Defending and marking territory and possessions can be another. Not marking as in peeing, just being really possessive.
Accelerated hair and nail growth. (Claws and fur can really suck. Especially for me, being a girl.)

I use to have a nice long list, but I can't think of any more.

omg this really helps!

 meativore
especially steak! does dairy count? i've been guzzling down milk and eating blocks of cheese :eat:
 yes, well right now it's kinda freaky because i HATE the desert, prefer forests by far but since i'll be moving to Oregon soon i'll be in my element :P so i don't go outside much just cuz of the desert
 acting like wolf
definitely....howling, yelping, growling, snarling, whimpering, when i have been threatened by people i usually try to claw, bite (bit my sis a few times before i actually knew i was doing it :o) scratch, run on all fours, tilt head in confusion, teething, also i am really quiet and reserved and i can be walking behind someone for half an hour before they even notice i'm there
 aversion to light & sound
do prefer night, and especially storms or anything that makes it darker and less sunny, i love cold more than heat and i can play for hours in the snow with no jacket, gloves, nothing! and...sound? well i definitely prefer more quiet especially at school where it's so noisy and too much happening
 defending territory
practically attacked my sis because she tried to take my water bottle, i clawed at her and then hid it.
yeah i do get defensive with my stuff
 my hair grew two feet in half a month lol.
i wouldn't know about claws because i'm a nail-biter :whistling:

hmmmm, i get really weird when people get too close to me, i quietly growl and shrink back, when people poke me i yelp and swat at them.
and lately iz been especially restless and get a really strange feeling i can't describe

wow i didn't even know there were were-cats! but it does make sense :D
EPICNESS to the extreme!
i love being a wolfie :D
how much of the blood would i have to have to turn into a wolf? :) :) :)

Well, it depends. Are you looking for the spiritual transformation? Or the physical? Physical changing has to be absolutely 100%. And those, especially nowadays, are EXTREMELY rare. Most of my friends are halfies or a little less. Their other side being human, naturally. So a spiritual transformation can be anywhere from whole, to....I wanna say about a tenth. Nearly anyone can morph spiritually. I mean, yes, I identify as a were-cat, but I do call on my wolf side quite a bit. After all, she's one of the reasons dogs, even ones who don't listen to their own owners, listen to me.
**sigh** You're going to Oregon? Lucky. I live in Idaho, on base, ad it's nothing but desert and pastures out here. I miss living in Newport News VA. There was a nature walk park that I and my friends use to go run in all the time. But only during fall, since running there in the summer, especially off the paths like we did, can be dangerous. Rattlesnakes, cottonmouths, scorpions, spiders...no thank you!

SAY! Maybe once you move, we can set up a time and place to meet! I know this GREAT little bistro out in Mountain Home, and I'll drag my hubby along too!

Boo. Introvert-ness is no fun! You must get out more! I use to be the same way. But you'd never notice that now!

Fair warning if we do meet: I'm use to being alpha, so I may be really serious and aloof, not to mention probably bossy, when we first meet. Just a quick heads up.

Yeah, and as I got more comfortable around you, you'd get hugs instead of handshakes as a greeting or farewell, and you'd probably get to hear my meowing and purring.

Haha this stuff sounds like something I got. XD
My nails and hair grow pretty fast, and I've actually had them be sharp enough to cut people...on accident. And this is just them being nails not me sharping them.
I love meat. The smell of meat is so deliscious to me. I always like my meat just a little undercooked with some red in it, because the blood gives off a taste that is soooo good.
I love the moon and wolves. Everything about wolves interests me. Sometimes I stare at the moon for no reason.
I'm obbsessive toward my area, my room, and the people who are my family. I'll hurt someone if they mess with them.
Im photosensitive to lights, and loud noises hurt and scare me. I do listen to music pretty loud, but I hate large noises that come from others. Its like Did I say you could yell? No.
I teeth alot. I'll chew on my nails, on my pens, and really anything metal sometimes. I have been known to bite my skin a bit when I got an itch. Haha the scratching behind the ear? That works for me sooooo much. Ive had people scratch behind the ear and Im like oooooommmmmggggg kkeeeeep scratching......

What? I do the same thing...and belly rubs....I LIKE belly rubs...my hubby likes to start petting me like he would a cat, just so I can get all flutered when he teases me about the purring. I press into his hand too.

Also with the vision thing, sometimes when I'm excited or even really nervous, I tend to feel like Im in tunnel vision. And I've howled just like a wolf before funny reallly.
Oh I love the scratching behind the ear and belly rubs and all that. I have even scared the neigborhood dogs too by barking and howling.

one i was being stupid lol....was walking to school and this chihuahua was barking and growling at me and i started barking back and it chased me   then these two little 1st graders were walking to school (it was right in front of the school) and i just told it to go away and it did ^^
i swear those animal;s know what i'm saying!
once in a very happy voice i called my cat stupid and he had been purring but when i said that he hissed and scratched me :o
and i've told them very complicated things that they shouldn't understand but what they do afterwards is always like.....ok yeah they do understand :D
oh and sometimes when i talk to my sister's cat patches, she makes little short meows that sound like she was trying to parrot me! i love howling because Blaze will howl with me sometimes.....only worked twice but it was so fun!
and i've been going crazy these last few days, at school i keep hearing stuff that sounds remotely like howling and i have to try as hard as i can just not to howl! lol

oh lol i forgot well i dunno if this counts as werewolfiness but what if when i get angry, my hands start start shaking? almost like on New moon but waaaay not as much. and it only happened twice when my dad was really pissing me off

i can make my vision do weird things.
like besides the vision jump, i can blur everything except one object, and even add tints of color! mostly red, blue, green. and lol yesterday my sister took a picture of mom and i am in the background....i was just staring at the camera but in the pic i look evil! like i want to kill someone....
and i wasn;t trying to do that!
i wonder is that what other people see when i look at them? i must scare the heck outta Douglas then lol i glare at him and i must look demonic
besides when i growl, even if people can't hear it, they get all fidgety and looking around wierd.
and i yelp and scratch at my friend because he kept putting his hand on people's shoulders and i scratched and yelped and he was so confused then asked something about wolfquest lol

I don't do pictures. I will run from a camera. I love my cats, and cat love me, but I also want a big dog. Like MASTIFF big!

There's no better time to be had then running through the woods with friends. It use to be one of my favorite past times, until I caught a sinus infection that closed them up so I wheeze even climbing stairs.

what about chasing stuff? especially my cats.....and tag is like, the best game ever invented!
or hide and seek
especially outside hide and seek, or inside but in the middle of the night with no lights on....so much more fun that way

I've had quite a few werewolf symptoms, especially very recently. I love rare, bloody steaks. My hair and nails grow very quickly. I have loved forests and cold weather for as long as I can remember, and I love to stare at the moon for no particular reason ;) I act very aloof most of the time and I'm very good at sneaking up on people.

I've also had countless realistic dreams about being a wolf and running through moonlit forests. My most recent wolf-related dream was a few days ago. It involved me finding a 7 foot tall wolf eating a pile of raw meat. Instead of being afraid, I felt an ubelieveably strong urge to fight the wolf. At that moment, I felt a strong "shifting" feeling in my body, as if I were about to transform into a wolf. Even though it was just a dream, the "shifting" feeling was frightenly realistic.

So is it really possible for humans to have werewolf blood in them, and is there any real way to tell if you have werewolf blood in you or not?

I definitely have the wolf spirit. I'm very selective about my pack though, and if someone messes with any of them... well. My nasty protective side shows, along with some teeth. I don't even have to talk to dogs for them to listen to me, I just look at them.

Here's a cool story: My neighbor had a husky, beautiful, spirited, had NO respect for her because she was stupid. She let him off the leash, and he did what spirited huskies do: ran around like crazy and wouldn't go back to her. She got tired of yelling at him, and I got tired of hearing her yell at him, so when she went inside I went out on my porch. As soon as I walked out, he looked over at me. I looked into his eyes and he came trotting up and sat right in front of me. I walked out my porch gate and up to her door. He followed me and sat down when I stopped. When she opened the door, she was shocked. She held the door for him, but he looked up at me first. I just told him silently to go inside, and he did. Walked away and went back to bed. Things like this happen to me all the time.

Oh and I have serious protein cravings, draw power from the moon, and love being out in the open. I'm HIGHLY photosensitive, and audio-sensitive. Like, scary sensitive. I hate cities, they make me feel confined. I do love deserts though. Was born and raised in one, can't help it. There are other signs, but those are the most prominent.

i've always felt...not right, being in a desert.
even though i was born and raised in one
i love forests.....and the moonlight shining through the fog and the trees :dreams:

hey i'm wondering exactly how much werewolf blood do i have?
i mean i smell and hear things no one else does, sometimes my eyesight changes drastically clear but gives me terrible migranes......and i keep biting my sister when she makes me angry.
like once she shoved her arm in my face on the car ride up to OR, and after 18 hours i was pretty peeved, an i bit her.
 like actually drew blood :o

Uh... im not entirely sure if i should be involved in all this... but i have thought abotu it, since i have some strange "qualities" about me...

for one, i have fangs - however distorted by my family's history of bad teeth - and im really hot for no reason sometimes... i feel comfortable out in the wind, and i love the evenings... though nighttime freaks me out most of the time, cause i feel a presence around me that feels like its watching me from beyond the trees, and it scares the crap out of me... i don't like it when people are behind me, even if they're family... and - however strange to admit - i kinda enjoyed chasing my brother around the trampoline we used to have, until he kicked me in the eye and scratched it with his toenail... there goes that... i am quite fast when i need to be, but not as much on all fours as i am on my hind-legs... i have many other symptoms... please let me know if any of these things aply...

Sounds like it to me. I also hate having people behind me. Or too close to me without being in my privileged circle. And I love the wind, sunset is my favorite time of the day but I really do prefer night to day. The daylight is way too bright for my eyes.

OMG me too......except fangs, i don't have those......but my mom and sister do.
yeah i can never be outside in the dark alone.......expeciully here in the forest.......eesh.
and i am master at tag........i see someone running......even if they have a ten second headstart and are really fast.....i catch up waaaay to quickly and then the game is no fun.
what if....anyone just walking around and you feel really...bite-ish? like i just keep fighting the urge not to randomly bite someone, especially when they get too close to me. it've bitten my sister quite a lot recently, never in anger or anything but just because she accidentally got too close
yeah and when everyone else is freezing cold they keep telling me BRING A JACKET! ha, like i really need one
and i often run around the house on all fours, but it's like i feel like i can go faster than i really can, a lot of the time i trip over yself and fall flat on my face haha :dummy"
what about friendships? like i always need just a small circle of closely-knit friends......with one leader.
like in jr. high
we all followed Megan, whatever she says goes, even when she sais she wanted Skyler out of the group. luckily she changed her mind. and we had our little alpha beta gama omega sort of order.....when Megan left we just followed arounf Skyler...she was the new Alpha, i think tiffany was
Beta then i was Gama.....then we gained a few more friends over the years lol. we had a pack lol and now i feel strange being around friends that have their own friends who have their own friends....to wide a circle.......i feel better being BFFs with a select few.

,ine are relatively small, but they're definitely there... when they say "canine" teeth, they really mean it, huh? hehe...

i've never really felt the urge to bite someone, but i have had other urges...

I know what you mean about the speed thing, i can run quite fast if i want to... i love running... it makes me feel free, like i could run forever - until i slowed down or stopped, then i would be down for a few days :P

I also understand about the warmth thing... i can be either really warm, or really hot... i am very rarely evened out... and so i have frequent and powerful headaches - also diagnosed as migranes, but i disagree...

also... i have noticed that my eyes turn green sometimes... though they're supposedly blue...

i also refuse to find out what my own strength is... or at least the limit... physically anyway... im afraid of killing someone...

the migranes, definitely! but not migranes other people have?
also, in my migranes i get extremely hungry, but after i eat it makes the headaches worse, and i end up puking
and it's all those sparkly white splotches all over my vision, and the dizziness
blech.
my sister's eyes change color all the time, anything from dark gray to blue to pale green to yellow lol
mine just stay dark gray blue

in my migranes, my vision is clouded - literally, a black cloud starts at the center of my pupils and moves outward to the white part of my eye and i can't see...

My eyes only turn green...

My eyes change too... they can be any shade of blue or gray, sometimes they turn green, turquoise.. I've even seen them go silver a couple of times.
I see things the darker kids see
Though you wouldn’t believe all that’s happened to me.

Has to do with my mood. The happier I am, the grayer they are, the angrier, the darker blue, sad is turquoise, I think I have to be SERIOUSLY pissed for them to go green, so that's a rarity.

that's reassuring... *bangs head on desk* so... not only do i have fangs, but my hair gets so thick that you could make a wig with a month's worth of it between haircuts... and i go to sleep with a clear arm and wake up with a cut or bruise i didn't have that night... sometimes, not always... sometimes im just sore... or stiff... but i almost always have a headache when i wake up... and i also hear dog whistles... which humans aren't supposed to hear... and my senses are much stronger than others'... also, i have this weird habit of smelling my food before i eat it... if it stinks or smells inedible, it don't go in my mouth... it pisses off my family and makes my friends stare... idc... its how i eat... and... dogs hate me... everytime i go near an outdoor dog, it barks at me and tries to chase me down the street... that's if it gets a wiff of me or i look into its eyes... its weird... i try to keep my hands in my hoodie pockets when i walk by them... but cats love me... most of the time... i can stare up at the moon for hours if i want... but i hardly ever get the chance...

Sounds like you might be more cat than canine. Canines LOVE me, cats tolerate me like they do a friendly dog.

maybe you're right... i am rather quiet most of the time... i try to keep to myself, but once i get hyper there's no stopping me until someone gets hurt... and usually that person's me... hehe... i also prefer the warmth over the cold... but i can't see in the dark... that i know of... i haven't exactly tried... it kinda freaks me out... I have pretty good night vision... but it's kind of weird. Like... I don't really 'see' things when I walk, I feel them. I know where there is a pole, a hole, a wall, a random item... I just know it's there and I move accordingly. And I don't mean I physically feel them, I just know where they are... it's weird. Even when I'm walking in the light, I always stick close to one side, and for some stupid reason i walk so close to everything (except people) that if I were to wear a pager or a cell phone or something on my belt it would get knocked off. don't really know why I do that...

i envy your abilities... im just kinda... quiet... careful... when walk, i try to make as little noise as possible, and whatever noise i do make i hear with my acute-ish hearing... i can't have complete silence, as i hear a shrilly screach in my ears, which grows steadily louder and stronger as time goes by - seconds: its that fast... and it feels like my brain's gonna explode... literally, its that bad... and for some reason, i hate gettnig my hands dirty - physically, not the metaphor... when i have dirt or something on my hands, i have to get it off immediately, or i get fussy and freak out... its weird... but weird is my specialty...

That's definitely more cat-like. :) I LOVE getting dirty!!! I also walk really quietly, although it's more from training than any ingrained instinct.

idk about instinct, but it is ingrained... i just can't make that much noise... its not my style... if i ever do, it's because someone pushed me over the deep end, and i need to be pulled back to my "norm"... i kinda do train myself to be quieter whenever possible, though...

My training, in a very small section of it, involved rolling, running and walking without making noise... at all Gawd I miss the Dojo :( Anywho, I used to walk really hard, I just didn't care all that much. I am a very quiet person though, and I hate loud people. It's like seriously, WTH. Why do you feel it necessary to be heard by the whole neighborhood?

OMG! You just hit the nail on the head! haha! I think the exact same thing whenever i hear or see a loud person... my dad and (ex)sister are like that... they don't care how much noise they make half the time... and dad can be heard 4 counties over if he really yells... its sad... i try to be quiet... i've been told my voice can put people to sleep, and because of that - someone said - i should be a teacher... lol...
