Dreams where EVERYTHING goes wrong

Postby Explodingcowsgomoo » Sun Nov 19, 2017 7:50 am

Every night I dream about going somewhere specific or doing something. But every single night, bad things happen over and over that stop me from doing what I want. For example, I'm planning on going out with my friend for her birthday. I can't find any clothes and when I do, they don't fit. I can't find anything I need. I forgot to buy her a present. The store is closed. There's 5 feet of snow. My car breaks down. My phone gets lost. People are angry at me. I'm stranded. It happened with everything. A normal task turns into such a stressful time to the point where I have panic attacks. How do I stop having dreams where every single thing goes wrong?

Your bucket has a hole in it. For starters, stop whining and being a Victim.

I just want a peaceful sleep where I don't wake up in a panic. I don't control these dreams. I can't believe I'm getting hate on a dream post lmao.

You may wish to be so special that life is easy - and that is one form of misery.
Don't be a whiner. If you want better management of sleep then learn sleep hygiene.
