Fighting the air. Seeing things.

Postby PaddyMac93 on Tue Jun 26, 2012 12:01 pm

I find it hard to fall asleep. I can be really tired and i try to fall asleep but i end up kicking and punching the air. My fists clench so i make sure i sleep with things i can hold such as a stress ball or a small teddy. I cant control my movements and i accidently whacked my arm of the headboard the other night and it hurt like hell!

I also had vivid thoughts/images before i sleep. Like last night all i could see in my head was an old lady on the floor against a wall in her room in her white night gown, she had a clear bag over her head and someone has sellotaped it so that so couldnt get it off. In my head i was looking right at her and i could see the desperation in her eyes as she was being suffocated. The stupid thing was i wasnt even asleep at that point, i had only just got under my duvet. Then when i tried to block her out i started seeing images of an elderly man being burned alive in his flat and he was trapped and couldnt get out.

Anyone know why this is??

The only thing I can really think of is this- are you by any chance psychic? I think that's why you see these things and why you can't sleep.. what do you think?

Im not too sure to be honest. Ive been asked that before. like, sometimes i'll dream something and it will happen within the next few days. I work in a care home and ive dreamt that one of my residents have died and when i went back to work it turned out they did. My uncle has the ability to let spirits voices in but he choices not to as he gets scared by it.

I think you should talk to your uncle. It runs in families, and I don't think it's a coincidence either. I wish you luck :)
