Nightmares in specific positions

Postby Mimuri » Sun Jun 18, 2017 6:51 am

I know people experience nightmares sleeping on one side of their body or another, but I get them sleeping on my back or facing the farthest wall. It doesn't matter how close the wall neatest to me is, but I have to have my face turned to it when sleeping or I'll having nightmares. Without fail.
I'm not a side sleeper. I sleep on my stomach. I just have my face turned. I think the sleeping on my back thing is a breathing obstruction, but this other thing I don't know.
Help please?

I had been having so many nightmares during my childhood. Then i found out why it was happening. I started to ask questions my relatives about it. Because I realized that when I sleep on my back I often have a nigthmare. However, i couldn't find someone has the same problem as me. When i lay on my stomach and different position than laying on my back i don't have problems. I am not a teenager anymore but it is still happening from time to time. Annoying yeah. :worry:
