Mixing up dreams and reality?

Postby JenT on Wed Jul 11, 2012 5:18 pm

I have had a few episodes lately where I get confused as to whether something happened in a dream or in real life. Most of the mix ups have been dreams I thought really happened usually just a small scene from a dream. But it has also happened where something real I later thought was a dream. This always happens as a memory not in the moment. In other words when I am honking back on an event. I am not sleep deprived bu I have been remembering a lot more of my dreams. Mostly dumb mundane stuff that easily could happen IRL.

Are you under excessive stress? Or perhaps you are just aware of deja-vu.

Try this: Lately I've had dreams about television shows I'd just watched like I am either watching them or more often taking part in them. I am just glad I don't watch Roseanne or drivel like that.
