Scared to take sleeping pill

Ok, so i hate sleeping pills. Always have done. Ive never took one because im scared it will cause my body to either shut down or to sleep forever like sleeping beauty. I know its dramatic, but im worried. Doctors put me on them because im not sleeping and i have to take my first one tonight.

Just take half of one, or try to get ones with a lower dosage. It will not cause you to slip into a coma and not wake up, the worse problem people have with sleeping pills is that they can become addicted and reliant on them. Best of luck.
