Last night I was jolted awake at 3:45 am with this awful pain in my chest. I know it wasn't sleep paralysis because I've had that before and this chest pain lasted for almost two hours. I also pretty sure it wasn't astral projection because I've done that once before but I don't remember it hurting like this.
It was this giant pressure in my chest and it hurt so bad; I tossed and turned trying to make it go away. I was thinking maybe I was having a panic attack or something, but I'm not sure. If I think about it I can almost still feel the pain, it's like my chest tightens and then there is a giant pressure. It just hurt so bad and I'm hoping someone knows what it is.
